The Rafael Nuñez airport, the crespo linear park that connects to the beach, perfect for walking and watching unforgettable sunsets ? this park is perfect for going for walks or signing up for soccer, basketball, volleyball or skating classes.
As a rule of the building, visitors or the entry of unregistered guests are not allowed prior to check-in. Comply with the building's safety standards. Comply with the rules of conduct of the building. Drug use is not allowed within the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the expulsion of the building.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone’s safety, please keep the following in mind:
• Visitors: Modifying the guest list during your stay is not allowed. Visits or entry of unregistered persons are strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory registration: Once your reservation is confirmed, you must complete the registration process by uploading the documentation of all guests on our platform.
• Identification: All guests must present a valid ID upon arrival.
• Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If traveling with another adult, a notarized authorization letter specifically allowing the minor’s stay in our apartment is required.
• Access wristband: For security reasons, the building provides an identification wristband for the entire stay. Wearing it at all times is mandatory. Loss or removal of the wristband may result in additional charges and is considered a violation of the apartment and building rules.
• Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times helps ensure order and cleanliness for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they may get anxious or have accidents; if extra or professional cleaning is required, an additional fee will apply.
Our Check out time is until 11:00AM. Ask about our late Check out availability, we will confirm up to one day before your departure date; We would love for you to stay longer! But we must be prepared for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay we would love to help! Please consult with us about tours, transportation and services that you do not know how to contract ??️??
Mandatory wristband use: Wristbands cost $10,000 COP per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid prior to arrival.
• Cartagena Beach is a new building still in its final construction stage. There may be occasional noise from renovations in some apartments during weekdays (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
• The building’s commercial area is planned to include shops and services but is not yet operational.
• The building has community rules that must be respected to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Please keep music and noise at a moderate level, especially at night.
• We recommend closing doors and windows and using the air conditioning for greater comfort.
