As a rule of the building, visitors or the entry of unregistered guests are not allowed prior to check-in. Comply with the building's safety standards. Comply with the rules of conduct of the building. Drug use is not allowed within the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the expulsion of the building.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone’s safety, please keep the following in mind:
• Visitors: The guest list cannot be modified during the stay, and no visits or entry of unregistered persons are allowed.
• Mandatory registration: Once your reservation is confirmed, you must complete the registration and upload the documentation of all guests on our platform.
• Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID.
• Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or by a responsible adult with a notarized authorization specifically allowing the stay in our apartment.
• Access wristband: For security, the building provides an identification wristband for the entire stay. Its use is mandatory at all times. Loss or removal of the wristband may incur additional charges and is considered a breach of apartment and building rules.
• Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they may feel stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is needed, this service will have an extra charge.

Late Check-out Requests: Feel free to ask about our late check-out availability! We will confirm whether this is possible up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer, but we must ensure the space is fully prepared for the next arriving guest.

To ensure total transparency and a seamless stay, please take note of the following important details regarding the building and its policies:
Mandatory Wristbands: For security purposes, the building requires identification wristbands. These have a cost of $10,000 COP per person, which is not included in the reservation fee and must be paid prior to your arrival date.
Property Status: Cartagena Beach is a brand-new building that is currently in its final stages of completion. Because of this, you may experience occasional noise on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM due to the ongoing remodeling of neighboring apartments.
Commercial Area: Please note that while the building is designed to host a commercial area featuring shops and services, these establishments are not yet operational.
Community Standards: The building has strict community rules that must be respected to guarantee a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone.
Noise Control: Guests are kindly requested to moderate music volume and noise levels, with special consideration during nighttime hours.
Weather Conditions & Comfort: We highly recommend keeping doors and windows closed when running the air conditioning for optimal climate control, comfort, and protection against the area's strong outdoor breezes.
