Enjoy the commerce around the building! You will find restaurants, mini chain markets such as Ara and Isimo, Barbershops, Bakeries, Rental Cars. The Rafael Nuñez airport, the crespo linear park that connects to the beach, perfect for walking and watching unforgettable sunsets this park is perfect for going for walks or signing up for soccer, basketball, volleyball or skating classes.

House rules

As a rule of the building, visitors or the entry of unregistered guests are not allowed prior to check-in. Comply with the building's safety standards. Comply with the rules of conduct of the building. Drug use is not allowed within the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the expulsion of the building.

Guest access

? Guest Registration & Entry Requirements
To guarantee total peace of mind and safety during the stay, please review the following mandatory conditions prior to arrival:

? Prior Registration: Once the reservation is confirmed, it is mandatory to complete the documentation registration for all guests through our platform. Upon entering the building, each individual must present a valid ID.

? No Visitors Allowed: Modifications to the guest list are not authorized during the stay, and no visitors or unregistered individuals are permitted to enter the property.

? Minors: Minors must enter accompanied by a parent. If traveling with another responsible adult, a notarized authorization document issued specifically for registering the stay at our apartment must be presented.

?️ Access Wristbands: For security reasons, the building issues an identification wristband that must be worn permanently and obligatorily throughout the entire stay. Its loss or early removal will generate additional costs and will be treated as a violation of the house and building rules.

? Pets: Small pets are allowed. Understanding that a change of environment can cause them stress or accidents, any required additional or professional deep cleaning service will be charged separately.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Strict compliance with these times allows us to guarantee proper order, sanitization, and impeccable cleanliness of the space.

Interaction with guests

Our Check out time is until 11:00AM. Ask about our late Check out availability, we will confirm up to one day before your departure date; We would love for you to stay longer! But we must be prepared for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay we would love to help! Please consult with us about tours, transportation and services that you do not know how to contract

To ensure total transparency and a seamless stay, please take note of the following important details regarding the building and its policies:

Mandatory Wristbands: For security purposes, the building requires identification wristbands. These have a cost of $10,000 COP per person, which is not included in the reservation fee and must be paid prior to your arrival date.

Property Status: Cartagena Beach is a brand-new building that is currently in its final stages of completion. Because of this, you may experience occasional noise on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM due to the ongoing remodeling of neighboring apartments.

Commercial Area: Please note that while the building is designed to host a commercial area featuring shops and services, these establishments are not yet operational.

Community Standards: The building has strict community rules that must be respected to guarantee a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone.

Noise Control: Guests are kindly requested to moderate music volume and noise levels, with special consideration during nighttime hours.

Weather Conditions & Comfort: We highly recommend keeping doors and windows closed when running the air conditioning for optimal climate control, comfort, and protection against the area's strong outdoor breezes.
