As a rule of the building, visitors or the entry of unregistered guests are not allowed prior to check-in. Comply with the building's safety standards. Comply with the rules of conduct of the building. Drug use is not allowed within the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the expulsion of the building.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone’s safety, please note the following:
• Visitors: The guest list cannot be modified during the stay, and no visits or access of unregistered persons are allowed.
• Mandatory registration: Once your booking is completed, you must register the documentation of all guests on our platform.
• Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identification document.
• Minors: Must be accompanied by their father or mother, or by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for the registration of the stay in our apartment.
• Access wristband: For security, the building provides an identification wristband during the stay. Its use is mandatory at all times. Loss or removal of the wristband may incur additional costs and is considered a breach of the apartment and building rules.
• Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they may get stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately.
Our Check out time is until 11:00AM. Ask about our late Check out availability, we will confirm up to one day before your departure date; We would love for you to stay longer! But we must be prepared for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay we would love to help! Mandatory use of wristbands: These cost COP $10,000 per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid before arrival.
• Cartagena Beach is a new building, still in its final stages of construction. There may be occasional noise from renovations in some apartments during the week (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
• The building's commercial area is planned to offer shops and services, but it is not yet open.
• The building has rules of conduct that we ask you to respect to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Please keep the volume of music and noise down, especially at night.
• We recommend closing doors and windows and using the air conditioning for greater comfort.
