? House Rules & Accommodation Policies
By confirming your reservation, you accept and agree to all the following rules. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the premises.
1. Mandatory Registration & Access
Prior Identification: It is mandatory to register the documentation of all guests through our platform prior to arrival. No visitors or modifications to the guest list are permitted after check-in.
Minors: Minors are only allowed to enter the building when accompanied by their parents or with a duly notarized authorization.
Security Wristbands: Per building policy, wearing identification wristbands is strictly mandatory throughout the stay. Each wristband costs $10,000 COP, which must be paid prior to entry. The loss, improper removal, or failure to wear the wristband will generate additional charges and will be treated as a violation of the house rules.
2. Community Living & Conduct
Events: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Noise Control: Guests are requested to moderate music volume and respect resting hours, avoiding disruptive noises after 10:00 p.m.
Prohibited Substances & Activities: The consumption of psychoactive substances is completely forbidden, as is any involvement in sex tourism.
Smoke-Free Spaces: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (permitted only on the balcony).
3. Responsible Use of Space & Inventory Care
Inventory: Removing any item from the apartment (towels, sheets, utensils, or furniture) is not permitted. Any damage or missing items must be paid for prior to departure.
Facade & Common Areas: Hanging clothes, towels, or objects on balconies or external areas is prohibited, as is throwing trash or cigarette butts from high floors. The use of balls or bicycles in common areas is also not allowed.
Access Codes: For security reasons, sharing digital access codes with anyone outside the reservation is strictly prohibited. In the event of losing physical keys (if applicable), the replacement fee is $50,000 COP. If a locksmith is required because keys were left inside, the cost will be covered by the registered guest.
BBQ Use: Barbecuing or grilling (BBQ) inside the property is not allowed without prior authorization.
4. Linens Care & Maintenance
Professional Laundry: Any linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) found stained, torn, or with excessive dirt beyond normal wear will be sent to a specialized laundry service, and the cost will be charged to the reservation. If the stain or damage is irreversible, the guest will be billed for a new replacement piece.
Pets & Deep Cleaning: If professional deep cleaning is required due to pet accidents or hair, an additional fee will apply.
Energy Saving & Weather: Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving. It is also essential to close doors and windows when stepping out, as Cartagena experiences strong breezes that can damage furniture or bring in dirt.
5. Check-in & Check-out Hours
Check-in Time: From 3:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out Time: Until 11:00 a.m.
Note: Failure to comply with the departure time without prior notice will result in a penalty equivalent to the cost of an additional night.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The property management is not responsible for any inconveniences or damages resulting from rain, floods, general public utility outages, or natural disasters.

? Prior Registration: Once the reservation is confirmed, it is mandatory to complete the documentation registration for all guests through our platform. Upon entering the building, each individual must present a valid ID.
? No Visitors Allowed: Modifications to the guest list are not authorized during the stay, and no visitors or unregistered individuals are permitted to enter the property.
? Minors: Minors must enter accompanied by a parent. If traveling with another responsible adult, a notarized authorization document issued specifically for registering the stay at our apartment must be presented.
?️ Access Wristbands: For security reasons, the building issues an identification wristband that must be worn permanently and obligatorily throughout the entire stay. Its loss or early removal will generate additional costs and will be treated as a violation of the house and building rules.
? Pets: Small pets are allowed. Understanding that a change of environment can cause them stress or accidents, any required additional or professional deep cleaning service will be charged separately.
