Our check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Please ask about our late check-out availability. We will be able to confirm it up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer, but we also need time to prepare the apartment for our next guest.

Mandatory Guest Registration

When booking, it is mandatory to register the identification documents of all guests through our platform. Changes to the guest list after check-in are not permitted, and visitors are not allowed.

Minors may only enter when accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.

Security and Access

For security reasons, access to the building requires the mandatory use of identification wristbands.

Each wristband costs COP $10,000 and must be paid before arrival.

Please note that the loss, improper removal, or failure to wear the wristband will result in an additional charge and will be considered a violation of the accommodation rules, which may lead to penalties.

House Rules

• Parties and gatherings inside the apartment are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (allowed only on the balcony, if applicable).

• The use of psychoactive substances is prohibited.

• Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited.

• Please keep noise levels moderate; loud music is not allowed.

• Respect quiet hours: avoid excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.

Responsible Use of the Property

• Do not remove items from the apartment (towels, bed linens, utensils, furniture, etc.).

• Do not hang objects, clothing, or signs in exterior or common areas.

• Do not throw trash, cigarette butts, or any objects from balconies.

• Barbecues (BBQ) are not permitted on the property without prior authorization.

• The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that may damage common areas is not allowed.

Care of Bed Linen and Towels

Any linen item (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, or towels) found stained, torn, or excessively dirty beyond normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and the cost will be charged to the guest.

If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the item will be charged at replacement value.

Care and Responsibility

• Turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.

• Keep doors and windows closed when you are away. Cartagena is known for strong coastal winds that may damage furniture or bring dust inside.

• Any damage caused during the stay must be paid for before departure.

• If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens, etc.), the additional cost will be charged to the guest.

Keys and Access Items

• Do not share access codes with anyone not included in the reservation.

• Lost keys will incur a charge of COP $50,000.

• If you leave the keys inside the apartment and locksmith assistance is required, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the service.

• Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.

Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in a penalty equivalent to one additional night's stay.

Natural Disasters

We are not responsible for damages, inconveniences, or losses caused by rain, flooding, or natural disasters.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all of these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the building.

Guest access

To ensure your comfort and the safety of everyone, please keep the following in mind:

• Visitors: Changes to the guest list are not permitted during the stay, and visitors or unregistered persons are not allowed to enter the apartment or building.

• Mandatory Registration: Once your reservation is confirmed, you must complete the registration process by submitting valid identification documents for all guests through our platform.

• Identification: All guests must present a valid identification document upon arrival.

• Minors: Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their father or mother, or by a responsible adult who must provide a notarized authorization specifically granting permission for the stay in our apartment.

• Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building provides an identification wristband for each guest. Wearing the wristband at all times during your stay is mandatory. Loss, removal, or failure to wear the wristband may result in additional charges and will be considered a violation of both apartment and building regulations.

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times helps us maintain cleanliness and organization for all guests.

• Pets: Small pets are welcome. We understand that pets may experience stress or have accidents during their stay. If additional or professional cleaning is required, the cost of this service will be charged separately.

Interaction with guests

We care about our guests and your safety. For security reasons, individuals who are not registered in the original reservation before check-in are not permitted to enter the apartment or the building.

Guests are required to comply with all building security regulations and community rules.

The use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the building without refund.

Other things to note

• Mandatory Wristbands: Identification wristbands are required for all guests and have a cost of COP $10,000 per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid prior to arrival.

• Cartagena Beach is a newly built residential building that is still in its final stages of development. Occasional construction or renovation noise from some apartments may occur on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

• The building's commercial area is planned to include shops and services in the future; however, it is not yet operational.

• The building has community regulations that we kindly ask all guests to respect in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.

• Please keep music and noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.

• For greater comfort, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and using the air conditioning.
