You will find restaurants, chain mini-markets like Ara and Isimo, barbershops, bakeries, and car rentals. The Rafael Núñez Airport and the Crespo Linear Park connect directly to the beach, which is perfect for taking walks and watching unforgettable sunsets. This park is also ideal for going out for a stroll or signing up for soccer, basketball, volleyball, or skating classes.
1. Mandatory Guest Registration
When booking, it is mandatory to register the documentation of all guests through our platform. Modifying the guest list after check-in or receiving visitors is not allowed. Minors are only allowed to enter when accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.
2. Security and Access
For security reasons, entering the building requires the mandatory use of identification wristbands.
Each wristband costs $10,000 COP, which must be paid prior to arrival.
Please note that losing, improperly removing, or failing to wear the wristband will generate an additional cost and will be considered a violation of the accommodation rules, which may result in penalties.
3. Coexistence Rules
• Parties and gatherings inside the apartment are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (allowed only on the balcony, if applicable).
• Consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited.
• Sex tourism is strictly prohibited.
• Moderate noise: loud music is not allowed.
• Respect quiet hours: avoid disturbing noises after 10:00 p.m.
4. Responsible Use of the Space
• Do not remove items from the apartment (towels, sheets, utensils, furniture).
• Do not hang objects, clothes, or signs in external or common areas.
• Do not throw trash or cigarette butts from the balconies.
• Do not host barbecues or BBQs inside the property without authorization.
• The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that could damage common areas is not permitted.
5. Care of Linens and Towels
Any item of linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) that is found stained, torn, or excessively dirty beyond normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and this service will be charged to the guest. If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the piece will be charged as new for its replacement.
6. Care and Responsibility
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving.
• Close doors and windows when you are away: Cartagena has strong breezes that can damage furniture or bring in dirt.
• Any damage must be paid for prior to departure.
• If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens), the additional cost will be charged.
7. Keys and Access Items
• Sharing access codes with individuals outside the reservation is prohibited.
• In case of lost keys, a fee of $50,000 COP will be charged.
• If you lock the keys inside and a locksmith is required, the guest must cover the cost of this service.
8. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
Failure to comply with the checkout time will result in a penalty equivalent to an additional night.
9. Natural Disasters
We are not responsible for damages caused by rain, flooding, or natural disasters.
By making this reservation, you accept and approve all of these rules. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and expulsion from the building.
To guarantee your peace of mind and everyone's safety, please keep the following in mind:
• Visitors: Modifying the guest list during the stay is not allowed, and visits or entry of unregistered individuals are strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory Registration: Once your reservation is made, you must complete the documentation registration for all guests on our platform.
• Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid identification document.
• Minors: They must be accompanied by their father or mother, or by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for checking into our apartment.
• Access Wristband: During the entire stay, the building provides an identification wristband for security reasons. Its permanent use is mandatory. Losing or removing the wristband may incur additional costs and is considered a violation of the apartment and building rules.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these schedules ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they can get stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately.
Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Ask about our late check-out availability, and we will confirm it with you up to one day before your departure date; we would love for you to stay longer! However, we must be prepared for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay, we would love to help! Please consult with us about tours, transportation, and services that you may not know how to book.
• Mandatory use of wristbands: They cost $10,000 COP per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid before the arrival date.
• Cartagena Beach is a new building, currently in its final stages of construction. There may be occasional noise due to the remodeling of some apartments during the week (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
• The building's commercial area is planned to offer shops and services, but it is not yet operational.
• The building has coexistence rules that we ask you to respect to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Please moderate the volume of music and noise, especially at night.
• We recommend closing doors and windows and using the air conditioning for greater comfort.
