House rules

1. Mandatory Guest Registration: When booking, it is mandatory to register the documentation of all guests through our platform. Modifications to the guest list are not permitted after check-in, nor are visitors allowed. Minors may only enter accompanied by their parents or with notarized authorization.

2. Security and Access: For security reasons, entry to the building requires the mandatory use of identification wristbands.

Each wristband costs COP $10,000, which must be paid before arrival.

Please note that loss, improper removal, or non-use of the wristband will incur an additional charge and will be considered a violation of the accommodation rules, which may result in penalties.

3. House Rules: • Parties and gatherings are prohibited inside the apartment. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (permitted only on the balcony, if applicable). • The use of psychoactive substances is prohibited. • Sex tourism is prohibited. • Keep noise to a minimum: loud music is not permitted. • Respect quiet hours: avoid making excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.

4. Responsible Use of Space • Do not remove items from the apartment (towels, sheets, utensils, furniture). • Do not hang items, clothing, or signs in external or common areas. • Do not throw trash or cigarette butts from balconies. • Do not hold barbecues or cookouts on the property without authorization. • The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that may damage common areas is not permitted.

5. Care of Bed Linens and Towels Any linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) that are stained, torn, or excessively soiled beyond normal wear and tear will be sent to a professional laundry service, and this service will be charged to the guest. If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the item will be charged as a new replacement.

6. Care and Responsibility • Turn off lights and appliances when leaving. • Close doors and windows when you are not in the room: Cartagena has strong breezes that can damage furniture or leave stains. • Any damage must be paid for before departure. • If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens), an additional fee will be charged.

7. Keys and Access Items • Sharing access codes with people not on the reservation is prohibited. • In case of lost keys, a fee of COP $50,000 will be charged. • If you forget your keys inside and a locksmith is required, the guest will be responsible for the cost of this service.

8. Check-in and Check-out • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. • Check-out: until 11:00 a.m. Failure to check out by the check-out time will result in a penalty equivalent to one additional night's stay.

9. Natural Disasters We are not responsible for damages caused by rain, floods, or natural disasters.

By making a reservation, you accept and agree to all these rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the building.

Guest access

To ensure your peace of mind and everyone's safety, please note the following:

• Visitors: The guest list cannot be modified during your stay, and no visitors or unregistered guests are allowed.

• Mandatory Registration: After booking, you must complete the registration of all guests' documentation on our platform. • Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID.

• Minors: Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for registering their stay in our apartment.

• Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building provides an identification wristband for the duration of your stay. Its use is mandatory at all times. Loss or removal of the wristband may incur additional charges and is considered a violation of the apartment and building rules.

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.

• Pets: Small pets are welcome. We understand that they may become stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately.

Interaction with guests

Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please inquire about our late check-out availability; we will confirm up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer! However, we need to be ready for our next guest. If you require any additional services for your stay, we would be happy to assist you! Please contact us regarding tours, transportation, and any other services you are unsure how to book.

Other things to note

Important Information for Our Guests

Mandatory use of wristbands: These cost COP $10,000 per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid before arrival.

• Cartagena Beach is a new building, still in its final stages of construction. There may be occasional noise from renovations in some apartments during the week (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

• The building's commercial area is planned to offer shops and services, but is not yet open.

• The building has rules of conduct that we ask you to respect to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Please keep the volume of music and noise down, especially at night.

• We recommend closing doors and windows and using the air conditioning for greater comfort.
