The neighbourhood

Enjoy the commerce around the building! You will find restaurants, chain mini-markets like Ara and Isimo, barber shops, bakeries, and rental cars. The Rafael Núñez Airport, the Crespo linear park that connects to the perfect beach for walking and watching unforgettable sunsets; this park is perfect for going out for walks or signing up for soccer, basketball, volleyball, or skating classes.

House rules

1. Mandatory Guest Registration
When booking, it is mandatory to register the documentation of all guests through our platform. Modifying the guest list after check-in or receiving visitors is not allowed. Minors can only enter accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.

2. Security and Access
For security reasons, entering the building requires the mandatory use of identification wristbands. Each wristband has a value of $10,000 COP, which must be paid before arrival. Please note that the loss, improper removal, or non-use of the wristband will generate an additional cost and will be considered a breach of the accommodation rules, which may lead to penalties.

3. Coexistence Rules
Parties and gatherings inside the apartment are prohibited.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited (allowed only on the balcony, if applicable).

Consumption of psychoactive substances is prohibited.

Sex tourism entry is prohibited.

Moderate noise: loud music is not allowed.

Respect rest hours: avoid disturbing noises after 10:00 p.m.

4. Responsible Use of the Space
Do not take items out of the apartment (towels, sheets, utensils, furniture).

Do not hang items, clothing, or signs in external or common areas.

Do not throw trash or cigarette butts from the balconies.

Do not host roasts or BBQs inside the property without authorization.

The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that could damage common areas is not allowed.

5. Care of Bed Linens and Towels
Any piece of linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) that is found stained, torn, or with excessive dirt that does not correspond to normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and this service will be charged to the guest. If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the piece will be charged as new for its replacement.

6. Care and Responsibility
Turn off lights and appliances when leaving.

Close doors and windows when you are away: Cartagena has strong breezes that can damage furniture or cause dirt.

Any damage must be paid for before departure.

If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens), the additional cost will be charged.

7. Keys and Access Items
Sharing access codes with people outside the reservation is prohibited.

In case of lost keys, $50,000 COP will be charged.

If you forget the keys inside and a locksmith is required, the guest must cover this service.

8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
Failure to comply with the departure time will result in a fine equivalent to an additional night.

9. Natural Disasters
We are not responsible for damages caused by rain, floods, or natural disasters.

By making the reservation, you accept and approve all these rules. Failure to comply may cause the immediate cancellation of the reservation and expulsion from the building.

Guest access

To guarantee your peace of mind and everyone's safety, please keep the following in mind:

• Visitors: Modification of the guest list during the stay is not allowed, and visitors or the entry of unregistered persons are not permitted.

• Mandatory registration: Once your reservation is made, you must complete the documentation registration for all guests on our platform.

• Identification: Upon entry, all guests must present a valid identity document.

• Minors: They must be accompanied by their father or mother, or be accompanied by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for registering the stay in our apartment.

• Access wristband: During the entire stay, the building provides an identification wristband for security. Its permanent use is mandatory. The loss or removal of the wristband may generate additional costs and is considered a violation of the apartment and building rules.

• Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times guarantees order and cleanliness for all guests.

• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they can get stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately.

Interaction with guests

Our Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Ask about our availability for a late Check-out, we will confirm it up to one day before your departure date; We would love for you to stay longer! But we must be prepared for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay, we would love to help! Please check with us for tours, transportation, and services that you don't know how to book.

Other things to note

• Mandatory use of wristbands: they have a cost of $10,000 COP per person. This value is not included in the reservation and must be paid before the arrival date.

• Cartagena Beach is a new building, still in its final stage of construction. There may be occasional noise due to the remodeling of some apartments during the week (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

• The commercial area of the building projects to offer shops and services, but it is not yet in operation.

• The building has coexistence rules that we ask you to respect to guarantee a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Please moderate the volume of music and noise, especially at night.

• We recommend closing doors and windows and using the air conditioning for greater comfort.
