The park is ideal for outdoor activities, whether you prefer a relaxing stroll or joining local sports classes and activities such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, or roller skating.

House Rules & Guest Information
1. Mandatory Guest Registration

Upon booking, all guests must register their identification documents through our platform. Changes to the guest list are not permitted after check-in, and visitors are not allowed.

Minors may only enter when accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.



2. Security & Building Access

For security reasons, all guests are required to wear identification wristbands to access the building.

Each wristband costs COP $10,000 and must be paid before arrival.

Please note that loss, improper removal, or failure to wear the wristband will result in an additional charge and will be considered a violation of the property rules, which may lead to penalties.



3. Community Rules

• Parties and gatherings inside the apartment are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (only on the balcony, if applicable).

• The use of illegal drugs or psychoactive substances is prohibited.

• Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited.

• Please keep noise levels moderate; loud music is not allowed.

• Respect quiet hours and avoid disturbing noises after 10:00 PM.



4. Responsible Use of the Property

• Do not remove any items from the apartment (towels, linens, utensils, furniture, etc.).

• Do not hang clothes, signs, or objects on balconies or common areas.

• Do not throw garbage, cigarette butts, or any objects from balconies.

• BBQs or grilling inside the property are not permitted without prior authorization.

• The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that may damage common areas is not allowed.



5. Care of Linens & Towels

Any linen item (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) found stained, damaged, torn, or excessively dirty beyond normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and the cost will be charged to the guest.

If a stain or damage cannot be removed or repaired, the item will be charged at replacement value.



6. Property Care & Responsibility

• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.

• Keep doors and windows closed when not present. Cartagena's strong coastal winds may cause damage or bring dust into the apartment.

• Any damage caused during your stay must be paid for before departure.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply if professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (excessive hair, stains on linens, etc.).



7. Keys & Access Credentials

• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not included in the reservation.

• Lost keys will incur a COP $50,000 replacement fee.

• If keys are left inside the apartment and a locksmith service is required, the guest will be responsible for the associated cost.



8. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM

Failure to vacate the property by the designated check-out time may result in a charge equivalent to one additional night's stay.



9. Natural Disasters

We are not responsible for damages, interruptions, or inconveniences caused by heavy rain, flooding, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.



By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all of these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the building without refund.

Guest access

To ensure your peace of mind and the safety of all guests, please keep the following in mind:

• Visitors: Modifications to the guest list are not permitted during the stay, and visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed.

• Mandatory Registration: Once your reservation is confirmed, you must complete the registration of all guests' identification documents through our platform.

• Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID.

• Minors: Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If accompanied by another responsible adult, a notarized authorization specifically permitting the stay in our apartment must be presented.

• Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building provides an identification wristband for each guest. Wearing the wristband at all times during your stay is mandatory. Loss, removal, or misuse of the wristband may result in additional charges and will be considered a violation of both apartment and building regulations.

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Respecting these times helps us maintain a clean and organized experience for all guests.

• Pets: Small pets are welcome. We understand that pets may become stressed or have accidents. If additional or professional cleaning is required, the cost of the service will be charged separately.

Interaction with guests

Our check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Feel free to ask about our late check-out availability. We will be able to confirm it up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer, but we also need time to prepare the apartment for our next guests.

If you require any additional services during your stay, we will be happy to assist you! Please feel free to ask us about tours, transportation, airport transfers, recommendations, or any other services you may not know how to arrange. We are here to help make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Other things to note

• Mandatory wristbands: Identification wristbands are required for all guests and cost COP $10,000 per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid before arrival.

• Cartagena Beach is a newly developed building that is still in its final construction phase. Occasional noise from apartment renovations may occur on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• The building's commercial area is planned to offer shops and services in the future; however, it is not yet operational.

• The building has community rules that we kindly ask all guests to respect in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.

• Please keep music and noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially during nighttime hours.

• For your comfort, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and using the air conditioning, particularly during the warmest hours of the day.
