The Cielo Mar sector is an exclusive area in the north of the city, located just 2 blocks from the best beaches, which are the only ones equipped with biosafety protocols. It features a mobile police station, making it a very safe area. It is just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the historic center. A delicious Mexican restaurant is only half a block away. You can easily walk or bike to Éxito Express, Ara, a pharmacy, and other small shops
Mandatory Guest Registration: When booking, it is mandatory to register the identification documents of all guests through our platform. Modifying the guest list after check-in or receiving external visitors is strictly prohibited. Minors are only allowed to enter when accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.
Security and Access: For security reasons, all guests must wear the identification wristband provided by the building throughout their entire stay. The loss or improper removal of the wristband will incur an additional cost and is considered a breach of the rules.
Community Rules: Parties and gatherings inside the apartment are strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden (permitted only on the balcony, if applicable). The consumption of psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited. Sexual tourism is strictly prohibited. Please keep noise levels down: high-volume music is not allowed. Respect quiet hours: avoid disturbing noises after 10:00 p.m.
Responsible Use of the Space: Do not remove any items from the apartment (towels, sheets, utensils, furniture). Do not hang objects, clothes, or signs in external or common areas. Do not throw trash or cigarette butts from the balconies. BBQs or grilling inside the property are not allowed without prior authorization. The use of balls, bicycles, or any activities that could damage common areas is prohibited.
Care of Linens and Towels: Any piece of linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) found to be stained, torn, or excessively dirty beyond normal wear and tear will be sent to a professional laundry service, and this service will be charged to the guest. If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the guest will be charged for the full replacement cost of the item as new.
Care and Responsibility: Turn off lights and appliances when leaving. Close doors and windows when you are away: Cartagena experiences strong breezes that can damage furniture or blow in dirt. Any damage caused must be paid for prior to departure. If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens), the additional cost will be charged.
Keys and Access Methods: Sharing access codes with anyone outside the reservation is strictly prohibited. In case of lost keys, a fee of $50,000 COP will apply. If you lock the keys inside and a locksmith is required, the guest must cover the cost of the service.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Failure to comply with the checkout time will result in a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night's stay.
Natural Disasters: We are not held responsible for any damages caused by rain, flooding, or natural disasters.
By confirming your booking, you accept and agree to all of these rules. Non-compliance may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the building.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone's safety, please keep the following in mind:
• Visitors: Modifying the guest list during your stay is not allowed, and external visitors or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering.
• Mandatory Registration: Once your booking is confirmed, you must complete the registration documents for all guests through our platform.
• Identification: Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID.
• Minors: Minors must be accompanied by their father or mother, or by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization letter specifically granting permission for the stay in our apartment.
• Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building provides an identification wristband that must be worn throughout your entire stay. Its permanent use is mandatory. Losing or removing the wristband may incur additional costs and is considered a violation of both the apartment and building rules.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these schedules ensures proper organization and cleanliness for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are allowed. We understand they can get stressed or have accidents; however, if any additional or professional cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately
Our Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please ask about our late Check-out availability; we will confirm it up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer! However, we must prepare the space for our next guest. If you require additional services for your stay, we would be happy to help! Mandatory Use of Wristbands: They cost $10,000 COP per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid upon arrival at the building's reception. Only card payments are accepted; cash is not accepted.
