House Rules & Building Policies
1. Mandatory Guest Registration
Upon booking, it is mandatory to register the ID/passport details of all guests through our platform. Modifying the guest list after check-in or receiving external visitors is strictly prohibited. Minors (under 18) are only allowed to enter if accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization letter.
2. Security and Access
For security reasons, entering the building requires the mandatory use of identification wristbands.
Each wristband costs $10,000 COP, which must be paid prior to arrival.
Please note that losing, improperly removing, or failing to wear the wristband will result in additional fees and will be considered a violation of the house rules, which may lead to penalties.
3. Community Guidelines & Behavior
No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (allowed only on the balcony, if applicable).
The consumption of psychoactive substances is strictly prohibited.
Sex tourism is strictly prohibited.
Keep noise levels down: Loud music is not permitted.
Respect quiet hours: Avoid making disruptive noises after 10:00 PM.
4. Responsible Use of the Property
Do not remove any items from the apartment (towels, linens, utensils, furniture).
Do not hang clothes, towels, or signs in external areas or common building spaces.
Do not throw trash or cigarette butts from the balconies.
Do not host barbecues (BBQ) inside the property without prior authorization.
The use of balls, bicycles, or any activities that could damage common areas is prohibited.
5. Linens and Towels Care
Any linen item (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) found stained, torn, or excessively soiled beyond normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and this cost will be charged to the guest. If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the guest will be charged the cost of a brand-new replacement item.
6. Care and Responsibility
Turn off lights and appliances whenever you leave the apartment.
Close all doors and windows when you are out: Cartagena experiences strong winds that can damage furniture or blow in dirt.
Any damage caused to the property must be paid for before departure.
If professional deep cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (fur, heavy stains on linens), an additional fee will be charged.
7. Keys and Access Credentials
Sharing access codes with anyone outside the registered reservation is strictly prohibited.
In case of a lost key, a $50,000 COP replacement fee will apply.
If you lock yourself out and require a locksmith, the guest must cover the full cost of the service.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.
Failure to check out on time will result in a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night's stay.
9. Natural Disasters
We are not responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by heavy rains, flooding, or natural disasters.
By confirming your reservation, you accept and agree to comply with all of these rules. Failure to follow these regulations may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and eviction from the building without a refund.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone's safety, please keep the following in mind:
Visitors: Modifying the guest list during your stay is not allowed, and external visitors or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering.
Mandatory Registration: Once your booking is confirmed, you must complete the registration process by uploading the ID or passport details of all guests to our platform.
Identification: Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport.
Minors: Children under 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent, or by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization letter specifically granting permission for the minor to stay at our apartment.
Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building issues an identification wristband for the duration of your stay. Wearing it at all times is mandatory. Losing or removing the wristband may result in additional fees and is considered a violation of both apartment and building rules.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Respecting these times ensures proper coordination and a deep-cleaned space for all upcoming guests.
Pets: Small pets are welcome. We understand they can sometimes get stressed or have accidents; please note that if any additional or professional deep cleaning is required, it will be billed as a separate fee.
Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Feel free to ask about our late check-out availability! We will confirm if it's possible up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer, but we must ensure everything is perfectly prepared for our next guest.

Important Information for Our Guests
Mandatory Use of Wristbands: There is a mandatory identification wristband fee of $10,000 COP per person. This cost is not included in your reservation and must be paid prior to your arrival date.
Building Status & Potential Noise: Cartagena Beach is a brand-new building currently in its final stages of completion. Please note that there may be occasional remodeling noise from other apartments during weekdays, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Commercial Area: The building's commercial zone is designed to host shops and services in the future, but it is currently not yet operational.
Community Guidelines: The building has strict community guidelines, and we kindly ask you to respect them to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Noise Control: Please keep music and noise levels down, especially during the evening and night hours.
Comfort & Weather: We highly recommend keeping doors and windows closed and using the air conditioning for your maximum comfort.
