Upon booking, it is mandatory to register the identification documents of all guests through our platform. Modifications to the guest list after check-in are not permitted, and visitors are not allowed.
Minors may only enter when accompanied by their parents or with a notarized authorization.

For security reasons, wearing identification wristbands is mandatory for access to the building.
Each wristband has a cost of COP $10,000, which must be paid before arrival.

Responsible Use of the Property
• Do not remove any items from the apartment (towels, bed linens, utensils, furniture, etc.).

• Barbecues (BBQ) are not permitted inside the property without prior authorization.
• The use of balls, bicycles, or activities that may damage common areas is not allowed.

Care of Bed Linen and Towels
Any linen item (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels) found stained, torn, or excessively dirty beyond normal use will be sent to a professional laundry service, and the cost will be charged to the guest.
If the stain or damage cannot be removed, the item will be charged at replacement value.

Care and Responsibility
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Keep doors and windows closed when not present. Cartagena is known for strong coastal winds that may damage furniture or bring dust and debris inside.
• Any damage caused during the stay must be paid before departure.
• If professional cleaning is required due to pets or accidents (hair, stains on linens, etc.), the additional cost will be charged to the guest.

• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not included in the reservation.
• Lost keys will incur a charge of COP $50,000.
• If keys are left inside the apartment and locksmith assistance is required, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the service.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all of these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the building.
To ensure your comfort and the safety of everyone, please keep the following in mind:
• Guests and Visitors: Changes to the guest list are not permitted during the stay. Visitors and unregistered persons are not allowed to enter the apartment or building.
• Mandatory Registration: Once your reservation is confirmed, you must complete the registration process by submitting valid identification documents for all guests through our platform.
• Identification: All guests must present a valid identification document upon arrival.
• Minors: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. If accompanied by another responsible adult, a notarized authorization specifically granting permission for the stay in our apartment must be presented.
• Access Wristband: For security purposes, the building provides an identification wristband for each guest. Wearing the wristband at all times during your stay is mandatory. Loss, removal, or failure to wear the wristband may result in additional charges and will be considered a violation of both apartment and building regulations.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Respecting these times helps us maintain cleanliness and organization for all guests.
• Pets: Small pets are welcome. We understand that pets may experience stress or have accidents during their stay. If additional or professional cleaning is required, the cost of this service will be charged separately.
Our check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Feel free to ask about the availability of a late check-out. We will be able to confirm it up to one day before your departure date. We would love for you to stay longer, but we also need to prepare the apartment for our next guests.

Important Information for Our Guests
We would like to inform you that on Wednesday, October 16, starting at 7:00 a.m., a scheduled technical maintenance project will be carried out by the building administration. The work involves the replacement of a main electrical busbar in the parking area (Level 3).
During this maintenance, the electrical power supply will be interrupted for approximately 6 hours.
The common areas will not be affected.
Mandatory Wristbands: Identification wristbands are required for all guests and have a cost of COP $10,000 per person. This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid prior to arrival.
• Cartagena Beach is a newly built residential building that is still in its final stages of development. Occasional construction or remodeling noise from some apartments may occur on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• The building's commercial area is planned to include shops and services in the future; however, it is not yet operational.
• The building has community regulations that we kindly ask all guests to respect in order to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Please keep music and noise levels at a reasonable volume, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.
• For greater comfort, we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and using the air conditioning.
